Land & Community
Green Development Projects:

Current Projects:

Site planning, city infrastructure and design. Preliminary plat drawings are underway for a variety of land development proposals:

  • 40-acre, 120-125 single-family unit Greenvillage PUDs;

  • 160-acre, 500-600 single-family unit Greentown community projects;

  • five square-mile suburban/mid-size town development, master-planned on a unique grid designed for efficient economic growth, environmentally green, pedestrian-friendly community life; an antidote for urban sprawl. AgrarianCities -- clustered green communities: Greentowns and greenvillages are arrayed in a circular pattern to protect the farmland and open space, and to improve the usefulness of public transportation; consists of 62,500 family units housing aproximately 150,000 people;

  • 25 square-mile, master-planned eco-urban cities -- green urban centers capable of housing 6.25 million people.

Our land development concepts, urban grids and plat designs combine agricultural, commercial, residential and industrial development into whole communities: AgrarianCities.

Agrarian Cities make the ideal hometown for numerous national and local interest groups, cultures and peoples. Their infrastructures can be adapted to various topographies, ground soil and water table conditions; and they can be constructed to accommodate variety of needs and applications.

It's the kind of town we are building.

The above examples have the same housing density, but one provides more opportunities for home-based and small business in light manufacturing, professional services, retail, and other industries bringing stores, amenities and the workplace conveniently closer to homes improving the local economic growth and profits without jeopardizing the natural environment. This same design preserves acres upon acres of open space for nature, parks and recreation.

Call for Land Developers:

We are looking for developers with parcels no less than forty-acres square and many times larger; preferably agricultural, part cultivated and part reserved in the natural habitat; must have sufficient water rights for residential development and farming (where irrigation is necessary); natural springs, creeks, ponds and lake-fronts are desirable. Locations should be within a reasonable drive to an urban center, and reasonable acces to a commercial airport is preferred.

Land owners and developers have a great opportunity here: Contact us.
